DO NOT IGNORE: Matrice 4 Series AGL Bug After Latest Update

This video is a warning for DJI Matrice 4 Series pilots following the latest firmware update. After updating, some aircraft — including mine — are showing negative AGL values even when sitting on the ground, and the Flight Settings panel remains stuck on “Converging Altitude Data.” At the time of recording, no confirmed fix or workaround exists. This video shows the issue clearly so other enterprise pilots can: • Check whether their aircraft is affected • Avoid trusting incorrect altitude data • Report their findings to help build a clearer picture • Confirm whether the anomaly appears only on certain aircraft or configurations What’s shown in this video: • AGL reading –0.5 m to –2 m on the ground • “Converging Altitude Data” not progressing • Why this matters for operational safety • Request for pilot feedback to determine how widespread the issue is If you’ve seen this behaviour — or if your aircraft is unaffected — please comment below.
