They are soft, fragile, beautifully fluffy with a crispy surface❤ The dough rises in the refrigerator and you don't have to fold them 3 times but only 2 times🙂 The vegetable oil used during folding gives them fragility and a little crunch. The combination of butter and oil is amazingly tasty👍 When rolling the dough, starch is used, which helps the fragility and flaking 😊 Do not hesitate, friends, I believe that after the test you will not make these cakes any other way❗❗❗ ________________________________________ We need: Dough: 500g smooth flour approx. 250 ml milk 1 egg 3 tbsp granulated sugar 50g of butter 42g fresh yeast 1/2 tsp of salt To spread: 150g of butter 50g smooth flour Oil as needed 1 egg For sprinkling: Maize starch ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Short description of the procedure: We make a semi-soft dough from the given ingredients, which we put in the refrigerator to rise for 30 minutes.
