INGREDIENTS: 600g cream cheese 4 eggs 1 cup sugar = 220g = 12 tablespoons 30g wheat flour = 2 level tablespoons 200ml whipping cream, whipping cream for Chantilly 1 22cm diameter by 6cm high pan lined with baking paper. PREPARATION: Preheat the oven to 210°C. In a bowl, place the cream cheese and blend until smooth. Add the eggs and mix well until the eggs are well incorporated into the cheese. Add the sugar and mix well until smooth. Add the flour and mix well. Add the heavy cream and beat again until smooth. Place the mixture in the pan and bake at 210°C (top and bottom heat) for about 40 to 50 minutes. When it's golden brown on top, it's ready. It will rise a lot but then deflate again. Remove from the oven (it will seem soft because it moves a lot like gelatin, but this is normal when it hardens). Let it cool in the pan for 2 to 4 hours.
