It was Sunday. A day of much anticipation. Because today was the much-awaited annual educational trip of our Al-Aqsa Institute. From Kamalapur station, our destination was tea, pineapples and the remote tribal area of ​​Srimangal. Our joyous journey began by singing in unison with a blind artist on the train. When we reached Srimangal railway station at 2 am, there was utter silence. In the meantime, we did not realize when dawn had dawned in the rhythm of our sports and music. We saw the famous pineapples of Srimangal just after dawn. Our journey began in Srimangal's traditional moon carriage. The green tea gardens on the horizon, wrapped around the high and low hills, and the monkeys' scurrying among them—this was a dreamlike scene. There was only a feast of greenery until the end of the horizon. In the meantime, everyone dried their livers after seeing the clear, cool water flowing down from the mountains. Now our moon carriage started climbing the steep hill. It's not a road, it's a story of fear and adventure in a kingdom hidden in the corners. Finally, we reached Niralapunji, a remote hilly area on the border of Tripura, India; where the Khasia community mainly lives. Their neat and clean lifestyle, sky-high betel nut gardens, betel leaves twisted in them, and eating juicy pineapples while sitting there - all in all a different experience. Our destination on the second day was the famous Varuna Madrasa in Srimangal. The huge madrasa compound and the beautiful mosque were a sight to behold. Our pre-scheduled sports competitions, including cricket and football, were held there. This educational trip to Srimangal introduced us to the infinite power of Allah Almighty. The vast tea gardens, big hills, rubber plantations, remote mountain passes, golf courses, moon cars, Baruna Madrasa, cricket-football matches, seven-colored tea, Lawachara National Park, monkeys in the jungle, the evil bear of Srimangal Zoo, the playful deer and the spiky porcupine—all in all, a memorable experience. My little friend, if you also want to learn with joy, if you want to gain knowledge from the outside world as well as from books, come to our beloved courtyard of Al-Aqsa.
