We need to get rid of the fear of judgment and find someone to share what we are concerned about or thinking about. Holding our own thoughts-- especially negative thoughts-- is like swallowing slow-acting poison. It doesn’t mean the issue we confront will be solved right after we tell; however, it is a healing and growing process for us to become refreshed again and get to know more about ourselves.
