The Most Consistent Way to Make Perfect Mexican Rice

What's up Family, it's time to make some Mexican Rice. Fresh ingredients are wonderful when they're at their peak. But if your goal is to make incredible Mexican rice in July and the exact same incredible Mexican rice in January, consistency matters. That's why I choose ingredients that give me predictable results every single time. One of the biggest reasons I use bouillon instead of relying solely on fresh ingredients is consistency. Fresh tomatoes, onions, and aromatics change throughout the year, affecting both flavor and moisture. By using carefully selected pantry ingredients, you can achieve the same delicious results no matter the season. If you've ever struggled with mushy, bland, or inconsistent Mexican rice, this video is for you, here's what you need. 3 Cups Jasmine Rice (600g) - Long Grain Rice works as well 5 Cups Water (1250g) 2 tsp Knorr Tomato Bouillon (8g) 1 Tbsp + 1/2 tsp Knorr Chicken Bouillon (18g) 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp Maggi Chicken Bouillon (25g) 3 Packs Sazon Goya (15g) I do use two kinds of chicken bouillon, that's because they both have a different flavor profile. I find that they compliment each other well, if you only have one just adjust the recipe using only one.
