Preparation: Add cumin, onion, chikkudukaya, tomato pieces, salt, chilli, turmeric to oil and cook till 50%. Add 1 cup water and after 5 minutes add the crushed masala paste and mix. Cook on low-medium flame till the oil floats to the top and the curry is ready👌👌😋 Best combination: Chapati, Dosa, hot rice. **Vankaya Pachi Karam: Ingredients: Eggplant (½ kg - cut into pieces and put in salt water), onion (1 small - cut into pieces), curry leaves, oil, poppy seeds. Green chilli paste: Grind green chillies (100 grams or as per the spiciness) + cumin seeds (1 tsp) + garlic cloves (7) together until finely chopped. Preparation: Heat oil in a pan, add onion pieces, salt, turmeric and fry for a while. Add the crushed green chilli paste in it and fry until the raw smell goes away. Then add eggplant pieces, a little more salt, curry leaves, cover and simmer well. The curry is ready🤗 Best combination: Curd Rice 👌👌 **Batani Chat: Ingredients: Boiled peas, Boiled potato, Onion (1 small), Tomatoes (2), Oil or ghee (1 tsp), Salt, Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander powder, Garam masala, Amchur powder, Coriander, Lemon juice. Preparation: Heat oil or ghee in a pan, add onion, tomato slices, salt, turmeric and fry well. Mash some of the boiled peas and keep the rest as is and add them to the pan. Add boiled potatoes, chillies, coriander powder, garam masala, amchur powder and mix well. Add the water in which the peas were cooked and cook well until the chaat is almost done. Finally, squeeze coriander and lemon juice and your delicious chaat is ready🤗👌 Speciality: It is great to eat as a separate chaat in panipuri or in a pan.
