*Airbus A350-941 in Action! Landing and Takeoffs! 1ST UK VISIT! Great Display - Cotswold Airport*

I'm speechless. Words can't truly describe how breathtaking this spectale was. The A350 is airbus's latest aircraft that'll be rolling out the hangars soon to bring an even more efficient, greener way of flying into the mix. But before all that, tests must be done. In this incredibly special video you'll see the stunning A350 takeoff (to do some tests off the West coast of Cornwall) then return a few hours later to land. The arrival procedure was brilliant too; the beauty flew right over the top with gear down, the entered the circuit on right downwind, then made a big turn in to join on a very short final for runway 08 at Cotswold Airport. Oh and it doesn't finish there, you'll then see the A350 takeoff again - this time heading back to Toulouse in France where Airbus is based. But of course the crew wouldn't leave without an awesome exit too; after climbing away for only a couple of seconds they pitched up and banked left hard, before making a full 180 degree turn to perform an awesome flypast right over the top! So I'm sure you weren't expecting that as todays video eh? Well if I'm honest until late last night I didn't either! But we organised to head up to Kemble on the morning of 11th April 2014 as we heard the A350 should be doing a test flight and departing back to TLS too, and sure enough it did. The A350 reg F-WZGG landed at Kemble Cotswold Airport (EGBP) on Wednesday and stayed until Friday afternoon (11/4/14). This was the 1st ever A350 visit to the United Kingdom! The reason it was in was because it was going to do the fuel tests at Filton, but that airport closed down, so the fuel facilities were moved to Cotswold, and hence Airbus running the tests at Cotswold instead. In the video you will see one takeoff and two landings. It was an unbelievable sight that I will never forget. What's my opinion on the A350? After seeing it at its best: performing astonishing turns and climbs I can honestly say I have never seen anything like it. Not only is it super elegant, but... - and the most important thing for us spotters - the engine sound is astounding!
