This time, I visited Iwanai Onsen Takashima Ryokan in Iwanai Town! It's a very popular inn, so no explanation is needed. I took the express bus to Iwanai Bus Terminal and was picked up. To my surprise, the driver was the head chef! (⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎) It's not often you get the chance to meet a head chef at an inn, so meeting him before even arriving at the inn was incredibly friendly and engaging! The staff are mostly young and very welcoming, so I had a truly relaxing time. And then, dinner... I was overwhelmed! 😆 The most delicious seafood ever! The table was jammed with the most delicious seafood! It was the first time I'd ever been so confused about where to start eating during a meal (lol). Abalone, sea urchin, flounder, monkeyfish, and sun-dried hasagake yumepirika. The Raiden melon for dessert was also incredibly delicious! The hot springs were so amazing that I ended up soaking for too long, and missed my craft beer. But thanks to the kind staff, I was able to enjoy a fantastic drink. Thank you very much. Breakfast was a meal made with carefully selected ingredients (⁎˃ᴗ˂⁎) It's a simple dish, and I can't help but think that it must be incredibly difficult to select the ingredients so carefully. I ate it all up in one go, too!♫ The coffee on the terrace was delicious, and the bread homemade in-house was also delicious!
