Rescuing a 1957 Farmall Cub — *NEW PROJECT* One Family Tractor Since New!

Hi everybody, welcome back and thanks for tuning in! After 3 or 4 years of searching, I finally found another Farmall Cub that we can save — and this one has a really cool story behind it. According to the previous owner, it’s a one-owner 1957 Farmall Cub that was bought new with the mid-mount blade and two original International Harvester plows. In this video, we’ll take a closer look at the details that make this Cub unique, compare it to my 1949 Farmall Cub, check the serial number to confirm the year, and even fire it up to see how it runs. We’ll go through the leaks, grime, and quirks — and talk about whether this tractor should be left original or fully restored.
