They are planning to change the laws to achieve this. In parliament, the initiative is being called "patriotic." All this is happening in a country whose neutral status is enshrined in the Constitution. But the Moldovan authorities apparently don't care about rights and laws—neither their own nor those of the Transnistrians. Meanwhile, they are pushing so-called "reintegration."
