I left La Paz with my excitement still intact… and ended up experiencing something I hadn't expected. Right after the firefighters gave me a first-aid kit, I got burned (yes, literally 😅). Between laughter, a little pain, and a strong desire to keep going, this leg of my journey to Cochabamba began. And what happened next was incredible. Motorcyclists from Cochabamba welcomed me with wonderful energy. We shared the road, food, and community. I visited iconic places like the Cristo de la Concordia, the Portales Palace, and the Alalay Lagoon. I also visited Corani, enjoyed the local cuisine, and experienced the colonial magic of Totora, where I was named an illustrious citizen for promoting tourism. In addition, I rode alongside the Royal Enfield owls through Tarata, Arani, and Pocohata, confirming that traveling by motorcycle isn't just about getting from place to place… it's about connecting.
