Every day for about 8–12 hours, depending on my schedule. Mondays and Tuesdays are usually shorter since I have longer classes. Who am I? My name is Ahmad—nice to meet you! I’m 23 years old. Where am I from? I was born and raised in Pakistan and moved to the U.S. during high school after 10th grade. What am I studying? I’m in my first year of medical school, currently on the Foundations block. What time is it there? I am in Eastern time zone. The local time is always displayed in the top-right corner of the stream. My Study Method right now: I use RemNote to organize my notes and turn them into flashcards for spaced repetition.
