Klettern: 6. Abseilen

In the final climbing tutorial, an ASI mountain guide explains the correct abseiling technique. First, the abseiling station is checked and a self-belay loop is prepared. Gerhard explains the individual steps in the video. Before abseiling, a partner check is performed again. During the climbing courses in the Dolomites, Ötztal, and Wilder Kaiser, the various techniques are learned and put into practice. The comprehensive training program includes climbing and belaying techniques, which are consolidated and refined on the following days under the guidance of the ASI mountain guide.
