Outdoor Cooking | Juicy Steaks, Grilled Veggies & Homemade Coleslaw

Welcome back to VI Camp! 🌲 This time we’re doing something a little different- outdoor cooking in nature. We start by preparing the fire and grilling thick, juicy beef steaks over hot coals using a grill board. While the steaks rest, we cook fresh mushrooms and sweet corn over the fire, then make a homemade coleslaw salad with a special twist: instead of sugar, we use a splash of peach juice for a fresh, slightly sweet flavor. Finally, we slice the steaks, season everything to perfection, gather around the table, and enjoy an incredible meal with an ice-cold beer surrounded by nature. Great food always tastes even better outdoors.
