Billy Deacon Award 2024: Crew of HM Coastguard Rescue Helicopter R924 win prestigious SAR Award
Winch Paramedic Carlton Real and Winch Operator Jason Bibby have been presented with the 2024 Billy Deacon Award for their remarkable rescue work to save a casualty at Bassetts Cove in Cornwall. The pair, who are based at Bristow Helicopter's Newquay base, are crew aboard HM Coastguard Rescue Helicopter R924.
