This Hotel in JB Has Everything Walking Distance | Sunway Hotel Big Box iskandar puteri

I stayed at Sunway Hotel Big Box in Johor Bahru for a short staycation and honestly it was such a convenient and comfortable experience. The hotel is directly connected to Big Box Mall and X Park, so everything is literally within walking distance — cafes, restaurants, shopping, park and lake areas. It’s a very chill spot if you just want everything in one place. Check-in was smooth and the staff were very friendly. I also got a welcome drink during arrival which was a nice touch. Early check-in was possible as well since the room was ready. The room was spacious and came with a sofa bed, plus I got a nice lake and park view. They also gave warm chocolate cookies after check-in which were really good. One thing to note: there is no bidet in the room, but there is a shared toilet with bidet available on the 1st floor beside the lift. Breakfast the next morning was good and not too crowded if you go early around 7:30AM. Overall, it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay — especially the bed, it was extremely cozy.
