Crispy Cabbage Pakoda Recipe (no Voiceover) ☕ | Barish Special Crunchy Pakode | Easy Tea Time Snack

These crispy cabbage pakode are the perfect tea-time snack, especially during the rainy season! Crunchy on the outside, soft and flavourful on the inside, and made with simple ingredients. Quick Recipe: Mix cabbage and thin ginger strips in a bowl. Add 1 tsp zeera, 1 tsp ajwain, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp turmeric, 1 tsp salt (or to taste), 4–5 tbsp besan, 5 tbsp rice flour, and ½ tsp baking soda. Gradually add water and mix until you get a thick batter. Heat oil in a deep pan. Drop medium-sized portions of the batter into the hot oil. Fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and serve hot with chutney, sauce, or enjoy as is!
