I Paid HOW MUCH To Paint This Tiny Side Panel!!

The Kawasaki KH250 saga continues... This should have been a simple episode. Collect the newly painted side panel, fit it to the bike, and get everything ready for its trip to a two-stroke specialist. Simple... right? Well, the replacement side panel may only have cost me £50, but the paint bill came to an eye-watering £380! Was it worth it? Back in the workshop I fit new rubber grommets to stop the panel flying off again, manage to break a brand-new badge (typical!), and eventually get everything back together. Then disaster strikes... again. I'm greeted by petrol pouring all over the workshop floor, leaving me wondering what on earth is wrong with this seemingly cursed 1978 Kawasaki KH250.
