Ingredients Dough Flour 1/2 kg Baking powder 1 tbsp Sunflower oil 100 ml Water 250 ml Salt 10 g Filling Onions 4 units Olive oil as needed Heavy cream 150 g Julien ham 200 g Mozzarella cheese 200 g Eggs 3 units Reggianito cheese 150 g Black pepper as needed Nutmeg as needed Instructions Make the dough by combining all the ingredients without overworking it. Let it rest in the refrigerator and then roll it out into a rectangle. Caramelize the julienned onions well with olive oil. Add the cooked ham and then mix the cream with the eggs and cheeses. Season with salt and pepper. Blend the mixture. Line a baking dish with the dough, then add the filling and cover again with dough. Brush with olive oil and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
