We present a method and formulation for preparing liquid hand soap. The formulation used is composed of the following items: 25% sodium lauryl ether sulfate 27%; 4% cocoamidopropyl betaine 30%; 3% coconut fatty acid diethanolamine 90%; 2% pearlescent base (often 1.5% gives even better results); 0.5% bi-distilled glycerin; 0.3% polyquaternium-10; 0.2 - 0.5% perfume (optional, not used in this video); 0.1% disodium EDTA; 0.097% preservative - mixture of isothiazolinones (Koralone LA) 30% w/v citric acid solution for pH adjustment; (20 drops were used) 10% w/v sodium chloride solution for viscosity adjustment; (44 mL were used) We made considerations about the components and their characteristics.
