BMW Missed This on My 2027 M3 - No Wonder My Wife's Upset

👋 After a few weeks with my new 2027 BMW M3, I finally looked harder into the suspension. I noticed the M3 rode much stiffer then I remember and my wife really wasn't a fan of the car since it rode so stiff. Turns out the rear shipping spacer were left in even after PDI. So the rear suspension basically was riding on the bump stops and plastic spacers, which is why the rear suspension was so stiff! The fronts actually had been removed, so not sure how they missed the rears. But easy enough I popped the rear shipping spacers out and transformed the ride quality to be very comfortable. The M3 rides a bit stiffer overall compared to the RS3, but in no way is this a back braking car to daily drive. My only concern is if this caused any damage over 500 miles? Most of the mileage so far has been just cruising on the highway and very conservative driving. I can only remember one time where I went fast around a turn and a bump jolted the car a bit. SO hopefully we are good. But if there are any issues hopefully the dealer would replace everything since it was their fault. All the more reason I maintain my own cars and don't rely on dealers. Nobody else will put in the effort to make sure your car is cared for perfectly.
