W4UYE / SASQ: Novexcomm Rack and Case Ham Radio Go Box for Portable QRO Operations - July 2022

Here I review a recent acquisition, a Novexcomm rack and case for portable QRO operations. Although the bread and butter of the SASQ is QRP operations, I wanted to have a portable station for the option to run QRO during POTA or "drive-up" summits. I loaded my Novexcomm case up with an Icom 7300 and an Icom 2730A, powered by a 15ah Bioenno power cell. The case has more than enough room to spare to carry all of my field portable needs, including solar charging capability. The case arrived in "kit" form, with some assembly being required.
