Panel 2: Implementation of H.R.1 and New Work Requirements

On Tuesday, June 9, 2026 the Massachusetts Developmental Disabilities Council (MDDC), The Council of State Governments (CSG) and CSG East hosted The 2026 Medicaid Summit. This event brought together policymakers, researchers, advocates, and community members for panels featuring national subject matter experts to explore the future of Medicaid and the impact of recent federal policy changes. Panel 2 featured presentations on new work requirements imposed under H.R.1 and what these will look like as they begin to be implemented as early as 2027.
