Take a ride with me and Jason as we drive around Santa Clarita in April of of 2026. We explore a few locations in Santa Clarita, CA and as north as Templin Highway just outside of Pyramid Lake, CA (north Santa Clarita). Sometimes we can pull that off very well. Sometimes its more of a challenge. My Trans Am is not a “real replica”. It’s a car I’ve owned 32 years. We’ve been a lot and the car was dry docked for many years. We just got the car back on the road in the last few months. I like to think of my car as a season 5 car. If Knight Rider went for a 5th season, who’s to say they would not have updated the outside of the car to match the changing aesthetics of the mid to later 80s. OH, plus I get to show off baby KITT in this video. This is the Kenner toy offered in the 1980s.
