Für das heutige Barre Workout benötigst du nichts weiter als etwas Platz und für den zweiten Teil des Trainings eine Matte oder einen weichen Untergrund. Überhaupt kein Problem wenn du keine Vorkenntnisse im Ballett hast, probier es einfach aus und hab Spaß :-) Wenn wir in der ausgedrehten Position arbeiten, drehe die Fußspitzen nur so weit zu Seite dass du bequem mit gestreckten Knien stehen.
