Every time, on my blog and Instagram, many people ask me how I make a delicious latte with the Nespresso Vertuo! ☺️ I drink and love coffee so much that I spend 2.5 million won a year at Starbucks alone. It's such a big part of my life that I spend over 3 million won a year on coffee. (I don't go to Starbucks because the coffee is delicious. The latte is delicious, but the iced Americano is... 😥) Even so, I only go to Starbucks 2-3 times a month, using the Nespresso Vertuo. I usually just get my coffee to-go and drink it in a tumbler! 👍🏻 For a long time, I had the prejudice that Nespresso capsule coffee wasn't tasty, but after trying Vertuo, my opinion changed. It's better than I thought. It's good. It has flavor. Of course, the Vertuo machine intentionally creates crema, so those who don't like foam might not like it. I haven't tried a regular Nespresso machine yet, but I'm very satisfied with the Vertuo! Today, I've captured a delicious recipe in a video. Personally, I like my iced latte with plenty of ice. But why do independent cafes only put in a little bit of ice? I think it's because they're worried it'll taste bland! So, I adjusted the amount of ice accordingly. If you want a refreshing drink, a lot of ice is fine. However, I usually drink my lattes in one shot, so I rarely see the ice melt. I know that melting ice can ruin a latte's flavor, so I tend to drink it quickly to fully enjoy the coffee flavor.
