We are a Seventh-day Adventist community serving the west metro of Minneapolis The Minnetonka Seventh-day Adventist Church was organized on May 17, 1958, and accepted into the Seventh-day Adventist Church sisterhood on March 20, 1960. The Minnetonka Church has served the Minnetonka Area since then. We moved into our current facility in 2000 and proudly support our K-12 school, Minnetonka Christian Academy, which is located on our campus. We hope you are able to worship with us. Currently, we have two full-time pastors: Senior/Lead Pastor: Pastor Jiwan Stefan Moon, D.Min., MA Prior to accepting the call to serve at the Minnetonka Seventh-day Adventist Church, Dr. Jiwan S. Moon served as the inaugural Public Campus Ministries (PCM) Director of General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. He served as the World PCM Director of the Seventh-day Adventist Church from June 1, 2014, to July 31, 2020, and the Adventist public campus ministry grew exponentially under his leadership and watch. Dr. Moon is a disaster relief and crisis intervention chaplain, served as an on-call hospital chaplain and as a volunteer chaplain for a federal women’s correctional facility. He is an endorsed Seventh-day Adventist campus chaplain. He is married to the former Jessica Escorcio, an elementary school teacher, and they have three beautiful daughters who love Jesus very much. Associate Pastor: Pastor Mark B. Sigue Pastor Mark B. Sigue is a Youth & Young Adult Ministry specialist. Prior to the call to serve at the Minnetonka Seventh-day Adventist Church, he served as the Vice President of Ministry at the Washington Adventist University, from 2017-2020. While serving in that role, he specialized in teaching, leadership, organizational administration, strategic planning, and events coordination. He is married to Marifel, a medical lab scientist, and both have a very talented son Marco. The church is blessed to have an associate pastor who is set apart for the youth and young adult ministry of the church.
