🥛 This Creamy Dates Badam Milk is naturally sweet, rich, healthy and packed with the goodness of almonds and dates! 😍✨ 🥛 Creamy Dates Badam Milk | Healthy Almond & Dates Milk Recipe A delicious and nutritious drink made with fresh milk, almonds, dates and custard powder. Perfect for breakfast, evening snacks or as a healthy summer drink. Ingredients 1 litre Milk 15–20 Almonds (soaked & peeled) 12–15 Seedless Dates 2 tbsp Custard Powder ¼ cup Milk (for mixing custard powder) ½ tsp Cardamom Powder 2 tbsp Chopped Almonds 2 tbsp Chopped Cashew Nuts Method Step 1: Take 1 litre milk in a pan and bring it to a boil. Step 2: Meanwhile, take 15–20 soaked & peeled almonds and 12–15 seedless dates in a bowl. Pour ½ cup hot milk over them and soak for 10–15 minutes. Step 3: In a small bowl, add 2 tbsp custard powder and ¼ cup milk. Mix well until there are no lumps. Step 4: Transfer the soaked almonds and dates to a mixer jar and grind into a smooth paste. Step 5: Add the prepared almond-date paste to the boiling milk and mix well. Step 6: Pour the prepared custard mixture into the milk, add ½ tsp cardamom powder and stir continuously until the milk becomes slightly thick. Step 7: Turn off the flame and allow the milk to cool completely. Step 8: Transfer the cooled milk to a mixer jar and blend for a smooth and creamy texture. Step 9: Pour the prepared Dates Badam Milk into a bowl. Add 2 tbsp chopped almonds and 2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts. Mix well. Step 10: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours and serve chilled.
