⏱ Chrono Trigger Diorama/Shadowbox

This the fifth and last theme from my Portfolio Collection. Althought I try to show you some takes from pixelart edition and creation, it does not represent the exact way I've done it. I explain: this theme I created two years ago for my prototype and just adjusted it to the 4:3 aspect ratio. Most of what I showing on computer is an approximation, cause I simply could'nt remember what I did for each part of the scene. Smoke part was add graphics to fill the screen and reach the bonfire. Original scene on SNES the smoke does not touch the flame, what would make things harder to replicate on a diorama. Anyway, other than this topic, the rest of it was recorded half part from the first diorama and finished recording on the second one (for those who don't know, I tend to make them in pairs). LED lighting was my idea after watching Alain Wuppes making his dioramas and adding the soundtrack on the pieces. I immediately thought about using LED in my pieces, just had to decide which one first. I would make Super Metroid the first, but couldn't let the chance pass with this one. Every person who makes this theme never adds the smoke on it. So I decided to step in. The looks of this one seems a little bit stretched, yeah, but we must remember that retrogames until 480p got the official aspect ration set to 4:3 by default. Super Nintendo internal aspect ratio was different though. Its resolution would output an aspect ratio of 8:7 with perfect square pixel, only then being outputed to the CRT TV after being stretched by hardware. So, enough of that kind of info. This piece took me much more time than I expected and as I was on hype to finish it, I ended up screwing up a little. Had to make some reprintings to fill the gap and this has put the piece in wait. There's a lot more scenes from Chrono Trigger I would love to turn into a diorama.
