We had indeed won the entire house. However... there were still occupied items inside the house, and I had no choice but to wait, holding back my desire to move in. So, this time, I visited the attorney again for a consultation to resolve the "eviction" issue. After hearing about the legal procedures and methods one by one, it was time to negotiate directly with the previous owner.
