Sodium hypochlorite injection unit by BI Pure Water with a peristaltic pump

Video shows the basic operation and troubleshooting of a BI Pure Water chemical injection (sodium hypochlorite) unit. This unit is using the Blue-White A100N peristaltic pump. The peristaltic pump's motor speed is changed manually by rotating the button, but may also be connected to a control system for automatic operations. Blue White also has a digital and variable speed model, the A100NV. The Blue-White is our go-to pump used in most of our water treatment plants and chemical injection systems, mostly because it is very easy to use for our operators. The unit meters other chemical injections such as a coagulant or flocculant.
