Getting to the airport in London is often a bit of a trek, even though we've got six of them! But where in London has it worst? Where's the most isolated place in the whole city for people aiming to catch a flight? I spent way too much time finding out, by calculating the journey times from every station and tram stop in London to all six airports. Via public transport of course! That's thousands of Google Maps queries, so I'd better not have missed anything... I calculated based on an average Monday at 6am and picked the quickest result that came up. I then worked out the average journey time from that point, and once I'd finished all the stations I started looking at places beyond even that. It was a lot!
