Chicken Sweet Chili Sauce & Egg Fried Rice | Best Of Masala Mornings | Chef Shireen Anwar | MasalaTV‪@MasalaTVRecipes‬ Subscribe To MasalaTV Recipes YouTube Channel! https://bit.ly/MasalaTV Chicken Sweet Chili Sauce Written Recipe : Ingredients: Boneless chicken ½ kg Salt ½ tsp White pepper ½ tsp Garlic paste 1 tsp Flour ¼ cup Corn flour 1/4 cup Egg 1 Chili oil 2 tbsp Spring onion finely chopped ½ cup Carrot 1 tiny cubes Tomato cubes 1 Onion chopped in cubes 1 Capsicum chopped in cubes 1 Oil ½ cup Garlic paste 1 tsp Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp Soya sauce ¼ cup Hoisin sauce 2 tbsp Sweet and sour sauce ¼ cup Salt ½ tsp White pepper ½ tsp Stock 1 cup Corn flour 1 tbsp Method: Marinate chicken with salt, white pepper, garlic paste, flour, corn flour, egg, and chili oil mix well deep fry in hot oil, and remove. Method for gravy: Heat oil, add garlic paste, add all the sauces, seasonings chicken stocks, and all the vegetables, thicken with corn flour paste, and top with fried chicken. Serve hot.
