How to make a travel practice guitar

An overview of how to chop up and retool a cheap nylon string guitar to make it easy to fit in your luggage and quiet enough to practice in a hotel room while traveling. This is not a true travel guitar, as it does not make much noise, but is just for practicing while on the road. This one was just a first attempt to see if it would work, so please comment if you have any ideas for how to improve it or if you have tried anything similar. Good luck building!
