I first discovered this show in 2013 when I was 6 years old and attending kindergarten in Metro Manila, before my family permanently moved to Legazpi City in 2014. During those years, Disney Junior was one of my favorite television channels, and Henry Hugglemonster quickly became one of my favorite programs because of its colorful animation, lovable characters, positive family values, and fun adventures. In 2017, when I was 10 years old, I received a special surprise gift from my aunt in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia: a two-disc DVD box set of Henry Hugglemonster. That gift allowed me to revisit many of my favorite episodes and remains one of my most memorable childhood gifts.
