Phantom Opening Tailgate Fix | Lincoln Navigator Issue | Ford Expedition Power Boot Lid Fault

The 'phantom opening tailgate' issue is fairly common on Lincoln Navigators (and I suspect Ford Expeditions as well given the shared platform) so here's the super easy, quick and for all intents and purposes - permanent fix which I've used to change over my 2005 Lincoln Navigator 2 to a 'mechanical boot lid' - and have never had the issue again since doing this.
