The three members of Boru Juku headed to Hita City, Oita Prefecture! We wanted to cheer up the people of Hita City, who were devastated by heavy rain two years ago! They created street food using local ingredients and held a summer festival! Delicious sweetfish raised in the waterside town of Hita, golden watermelon, and the famous Hita yakisoba!
