Minsk city is the capital of Belarus. It is the political, economic, scientific and cultural center of the country and the administrative center of the Minsk region. There are 2.020,6 million inhabitants in Minsk (on 1 January 2020), and the population is constantly growing. Filmed with DJI Osmo Action in 4K Pritytsky Street is one of the longest highways in the Frunzensky district of Minsk, the capital of Belarus. Named in honor of Sergey Pritytsky, statesman and politician of Belarus. Until 1971, this street was called Rakovsky road. The Frunzensky District is the largest of the nine districts of the city of Minsk. It was established on April 17, 1951, in connection with the rapid post-war development of the city. Today, it offers several fantastic spots and recreation options. Back in the second half of the 1960s, the city authorities began to actively use resources in the west along the city of Rakovsky Road, as Pritytsky Street was called at that time. The process, which stretched over a decade and continues to this day, was distinguished from the very beginning by a grandiose scale: by the 1980s, on the far outskirts of Minsk, expanded housing estates, in which hundreds of thousands of citizens received apartments.
