Baofeng Quick Tutorial
This is a beginner's level tutorial for using a Baofeng BF-F8HP handheld radio. These radio's are designed for licensed Amateur Radio operators. Menu references: -7: Dual Watch. (On, Off) -13: T-CTCS (Tone) Setting. Commonly used for repeater operation. -26: Frequency Offset. .600 for VHF, 1.0 for UHF repeaters typically. -25: Frequency Offset Shift Direction. (Off, +, - ) -27: Save Frequency Channel. (Refer to manual for saving repeater channels) -28: Delete Channel Good luck and have fun!
