Representative José Báez (@josedavidbaezr) addressed the bill that amends Law No. 99-25, the General State Budget for Fiscal Year 2026, noting that the approval of supplementary budgets has become a recurring practice. During his remarks, he argued that greater oversight is needed regarding the execution of the General Budget approved last October and questioned the level of investment allocated to address the main needs of the Dominican population.
