July 5, 2026 marks the 12th anniversary of the blessed death of the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr (Sabodan). He remained in the memory of the clergy and the faithful as a wise archpastor, a humble mentor and a true spiritual father. His ministry fell on an important period of the revival of church life in Ukraine, and his prayer, love for people and loyalty to Christ became an example for many generations of Orthodox Christians.
