Canning Stock Route by 4WD CSR 2019 | Part 5 | Kunawarritji | Thringe Rock | Slate Ranges

Part fife of our epic Canning Stock Route Crossing. The CSR Traverses three Australian Outback Deserts namely the Great Sandy Desert, the Gibson Desert and the Little Sandy Desert and covers over 1800km of Desert 4wd without access to a modern hospital or emergency services. We spend the night close to Well 34 Nyipily which is a few kilometres North-East Kunawarritji. We explorer Well 33 [Gunowaggi] one of the few wells with a bore and windmill which was established in 1986 to provide permanent water after the death of 11 indigenous people. We visit the Kunawaritji Comunity, replenish our fuel and water supplies, having a shower and chat to the local rangers. Davis is also fixing a small issue with his Range Rover fuel catch mechanism. We pay a quick visit to [Warlwarla] Well 31 and then spend the night at Mujingerra Cave and make the acquaintance of the local King Brown Snake (one of the deadliest snakes in the world). We go over some strange death rituals the indigenous people had around well 30 [Juntujuntu]. We climb Thring Rock a stunning rock formation on the Canning Stock Route and Set up camp at the Slate Ranges. We also do a Walk Trough of Daves Range Rover Classic.
