Personally I use Swell Almond powder. It’s not that I endorse them, it’s just that they have superfine powder. If you can’t find it then search for any type of almond powder that is used for making macarons. ※ I use Comida sugar powder. Make sure the one you choose is also 100% sugar.Don’t use sugar powder that has fillers in it as it hinders the drying process. ※ The time is not as important as the atmosphere the macarons dry in.
