RTE confirms Director General Dee Forbes was suspended on Wednesday

RTÉ has confirmed it has suspended Director General Dee Forbes, as the scandal over payments to it's top paid presenter Ryan Tubridy continues. Staff at RTÉ say they're angry, disappointed and disgusted, after it was revealed he received payments worth over €300,000 on top of his salary between 2017 and 2022.
