एक किसान जो गन्ना उगाता है उसने अपने केवल आधा एकड़ जमीन में गन्ने से चुस्की बनाकर 10 लाख रुपए की कमाई कर रहा है यह एक ऐसा स्टार्टअप है जो पहले किसानों ने शुरू नहीं किया था इस किसान ने गन्ने की जूस को प्रोसेस करके गन्ना जूस कुल्फी बनाई और इस कुल्फी को अब खुद ही बेच रहा है इस तरह उसने गन्ने के जूस में वैल्यू एडिशन कर दी। अगर यह गन्ना सीधा फैक्ट्री में बेचते हैं तो केवल ₹300 क्विंटल बिकता है लेकिन यदि इसी गन्ने का जूस निकाल कर उसकी कुल्फी बनाकर बेचते हैं तो ये गन्ना सो रुपए किलो बिकता है मतलब ₹10000 क्विंटल बिकता है तो इस तरह से गन्ने के जूस में इन्होंने काफी वैल्यू एडिशन कर दी है यह किसान है महाराष्ट्र सतारा के कराड गांव के रहने वाले हैं यह पूरा मॉडल क्या है इस वीडियो में दिखाया गया है A farmer who grows sugarcane is earning Rs 10 lakh by making sugarcane juice in only half an acre of his land.
