Today’s meal came together slowly and simple. I first grilled the chicken until it was half cooked, then chopped it into small pieces. After that, I prepared fresh vegetables — tomatoes, carrots, green pepper, and onions — and added everything into the pan together with the chicken. Covered it and let it cook gently on low heat until all the flavors blended well. Served it with crispy fried sweet potatoes on the side.
