AFASTAMENTO OU LIVRAMENTO? | Na Presença de Deus | Padre Robson Oliveira

Not every door that closes is a defeat. Not every farewell is a loss. Often, what we call separation can be God's own care acting in our lives. There are people who leave our path, opportunities that don't materialize, and situations that escape our control. In these moments, the heart saddens and difficult questions arise: "Why?" "What did I do wrong?" "Why did God allow this?" But faith teaches us that God sees what we don't see. While we only look at the present, He contemplates the future. While we lament a closed door, He may be protecting us from something that would bring suffering, disappointment, or even the loss of our peace. Perhaps what seems like abandonment is protection. Perhaps what you call separation is, in fact, a deliverance prepared by God's hands. There are battles that the Lord wins even before they reach us. In this prayer, let us surrender to the Lord all the people, situations, and circumstances that cause us doubt and pain. Let us ask for the grace to trust, even when we don't understand God's ways, believing that His will is always greater and better than our plans. If something or someone has left your life, don't let bitterness take over your heart. Trust. God remains in control.
