Mini Jet Boat Build | Part 5 | Jetstream 12' Buccaneer

In this episode of the Jetstream Mini Jetboat build we tear apart the 2012 Seadoo RXP 260 hp and start installing it into the fully welded hull. From making motor mounts to aligning the engine, working on the plumbing for all the water and coolant lines going to the intercooler, heat exchanger and exhaust manifold. Finish floor bracing and start working and welding up the helm. Using a Miller 220 Multimatic running Tig and Mig welding. This kit is going to be a total of 14 feet overall length with swim grid, 4 seater engine cover, 1/4" hull, 1/8" sides, full 1/2" UHMW on bottom and side chines, lexan walk through front window, powered by Seadoo 260 horsepower Supercharged rotax motor.
