In Which Beams We Can Use Torsional Constant? In ETABS
In this tutorial, we want to see in which beams we are allowed to reduce the torsional stiffness of the beams using Torsional Constant. In Equilibrium Torsion, we are not allowed to use the Torsional Constant, and the beam must be able to withstand the incoming twisting alone, because there will be no redistribution of force.
